ok i drink water all the time, really its almost all i drink and i never drink soda and i have acne and everyone says drink water it will help it! and i do that! like all i drink and it dosent do anything, of course i wash my fash with cleaner and all that but does water really help? thnx

Drinking water will help with maintaining your skin moisturize, but it wont clear off acne and wont prevent it. You need a dermatologist for that. But water is the best choice instead of soda that will definitely aggravate your condition. Other things will also aggravate the acne like stress or make up.
